Student leaders

Our President and Treasurer are the go-to student leaders for our entire student community. They ensure our Student Board operates effectively and every student voice has the chance to be heard.

Our Bamidbar Chair merges classic outdoorsy Vermont activities with Judaism, such as ski Shabbatons, Havdalah hikes, and more.

Our First-Year Engagement Chair finds meaningful ways for first-year and transfer students to connect with our community!

Our Israel Engagement Chair creates meaningful opportunities for students to connect with Israel on their own terms. 

This intern helps bring Hillel's work to life and into the public eye, including taking photos at events and creating content for social media.

Hillel Fresh is a group of students that brings Shabbat to students’ apartments through locally sourced food, easy-to-follow recipes, and interactive packets filled with games and Shabbat rituals. Learn more about Hillel Fresh here!

Our Tikkun Olam Chair organizes guides our community in tangibly making the world a better place. From volunteering around Downtown Burlington to organizing winter clothing and food drives on campus, we prioritize serving our local community.

The Student Board Liaison takes on the important responsibilities of connecting our Student Board with our organization's Board of Directors. This person attends both board's meetings, sits on a Board of Directors Committee, and engages with alumni in our community.

These student interns help us create the Hillel magic by helping to organize our physical space, engage in community outreach, cook Shabbat dinners, and much more.
